- Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
- Use only one account per person.
4. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe, welcoming community for anime fans, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
- Post false, misleading, or impersonating profile information.
- Solicit money, goods, or services from other users.
- Share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
- Use the platform to spam, advertise, or promote third-party services.
- Attempt to bypass security features or scrape user data.
- Engage in any unlawful activity through the Service.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant SinglesAnime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. We do not sell your content to advertisers.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is otherwise unlawful.
6. Anime Content and Intellectual Property
References to anime titles, characters, studios, and franchises on user profiles are for personal identification purposes only. SinglesAnime is not affiliated with or endorsed by any anime studio or publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Watch Party Feature
The Watch Party feature facilitates synchronized viewing between matched users. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful access to any content you watch. SinglesAnime does not host, distribute, or provide access to any anime content. We are not responsible for third-party streaming service availability or terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, conduct harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
9. Disclaimers
SinglesAnime is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that you will find a romantic match, that other users are who they say they are, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users on or off the platform.
Meeting in person carries inherent risks. We strongly encourage users to meet in public places, inform a friend or family member, and exercise personal safety judgment when meeting any person from online.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SinglesAnime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users. Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
